Felix Consulting Awarded ISO 9001:2015 Certification

A new recent achievement scored by Felix Consulting and Training company is its success to join the list of world elite companies awarded ISO 9001 2008 certificate. The certification came after complying to the international standard. It was a result of founding and implemented a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001 2008 (download certificate).

“We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification as the first consulting company in Yemen to get this certificate” Mohammed Al Qadasi Felix managing director said in a press release on the occasion. “This internationally recognized standard ensures Felix products and services meet our clients’ needs through a robust quality management system in which we designed all our processes, documented all our procedures and managed all related records and outputs.” Al Qadasi added.

On the other hand, Mohammed Almussaabi, Felix Quality assurance consultant expressed his happiness for the achievement and gratitude to all Felix staff who achieved the plan in very short time. “We are proud to announce we’ve been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification. Our entitlement of ISO 9001 2015 certificate came after great planning and arrangement efforts made by all Felix staff who originally aimed to achieve customer expectations through designing an effective quality management system. Getting this certificate doesn’t mean the end, but rather the opposite. Our next big challenge is to maintain and continuously improve it. “
